Dean joined Pettis Webber Pacific, P.S. as a paralegal in 2021, and is grateful to be part of such a committed team. Before joining PWP, he spent two years working as a legal assistant and paralegal, focusing on family and dependency law. During the last five years, he worked as a Supervised Visitation Specialist, subcontracted to Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families, collaborating with biological parents, foster parents, social workers, and CASA’s (Court Appointed Special Advocates) to coordinate and provide supervised and monitored visits for children in foster care and their biological parents, to ensure the bond between the families remained intact, and in some cases, helping them reconnect.
Dean graduated from the Clark College Paralegal Program in 2012. While attending the program, he was part of the Law Club, and helped facilitate a trip to the Washington state House of Representatives, the state Senate, and the U.S. District Court of Oregon for a question-and-answer session with District Court Magistrate John V. Acosta. He also served as an appointed legal writing tutor assisting first year students in the program.
During his free time, Dean enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, and grandchildren. He also enjoys spending time as a musician, songwriter, and producer, and works with local artists in the Pacific Northwest, producing music in his home studio.
