Rebecca Dawson joined our firm as a legal assistant in August of 2011 when the firm was still Margaret Madison Phelan P.S. A lot of things have changed since Rebecca started, both for her and our office. Our firm added a partner and became Phelan Webber and Associates, Rebecca left the firm to finish her education at Clark College where she graduated with an Associates degree in 2015 as a paralegal, and went on to work in worker’s compensation law. Rebecca rejoined the firm in March of 2016 shortly before we added another partner and became Phelan Webber Pettis.
Rebecca enjoys the work she does in our office. As a legal assistant Rebecca meets with clients, helps draft documents, manages case files and helps out in various other aspects of the firm. Rebecca’s favorite part of her job is interacting with our clients at seminars, over the phone or in person. Rebecca loves feeling like she is part of a team that enjoys working together to meet our clients’ needs.
When Rebecca is not at work she enjoys playing sports, watching sports, spending time outdoors and playing with her four year old grandson! Rebecca owns and plays on a women’s full contact football team in Portland where she is the starting running back. She is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and loves to camp and hike.
